Take in the relaxing sights and sounds of Sentosa's Tanjong Beach while developing new paths forward and opening up to your own innate strength, resilience and playfulness – expect to work hard, get sweaty, unwind and have some fun.
STRUCTURE AND FLOW
This class will introduce participants to basic clubbell, bodyweight, and animal locomotion patterns.With the aim of improving strength, endurance, proprioception and mobility.
This class will be conducted on the beach, please bring your own mat or towel. In the event of wet weather, the class will be cancelled two hours before the event and you will be notified via email. Your class credit will be returned to use at a later date.
